We ship in Switzerland and the European Union. Everywhere else, the honest answer starts with a question rather than a promise.
Where we deliver as standard
Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the 27 member states of the European Union, under cold chain, once the producer has confirmed the batch. Switzerland and the European Union have formed a common veterinary area since 2009, which is what makes movement between the two straightforward.
Why the rest of the world is different
Dairy products of animal origin are not ordinary freight. Most countries admit them only from establishments that their own authorities have inspected and listed. That approval attaches to the producing dairy, not to the importer and not to the country of dispatch. A small Serbian producer making tens of kilos a year is rarely on those lists.
This is why we will not write "we ship worldwide" anywhere on this site. A shipment that is refused at the destination border is destroyed or returned at the buyer's expense, and with a product at this price that is not a risk worth taking on either side.

- Handle delivery to an address in Switzerland or the European Union, including to a forwarding agent you appoint.
- Supply the documentation your own customs broker will ask for.
- Point you to the specific rule that blocks a shipment, rather than a vague no.

If you are travelling
Buyers occasionally take a small quantity home in hand luggage from Europe. Personal import allowances for products of animal origin vary widely and are enforced: it is your responsibility to check the rules of the country you are entering. We can supply a dated invoice and the batch composition to help you declare it, but we cannot advise you on your own customs position.
