Data collected

Through the quote request form: name, company where applicable, email address, phone number, delivery location, quantity required and the content of your message. The server also records standard technical logs, including the IP address, for security purposes.

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your request, issue a quote, arrange delivery and handle the related commercial follow-up. It is never sold, rented or used for unsolicited marketing.

Retention

Requests without follow-up are kept for twelve months. Data linked to an order is kept for as long as Swiss accounting obligations require.

Recipients

Our technical providers: our host Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, and the carrier, for the data strictly necessary to deliver.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. If an analytics tool is added later, this page will be updated and a consent banner displayed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to info@dr-import.ch. We reply within a reasonable time.
